Ginataang Langka Recipe

Ginataang is a dish cooked with coconut milk in which we call gata. Langka is known for a jackfruit it is a Filipino vegetable and it is cooked with fish, shrimp and sometimes combined with hot chili pepper to make it spicy. Here in the Philippines to match with Lugaw, Chicken Arroz Caldo and Goto is to combine another dish on the side is tokwa't babay which is fried tofu with pork belly served with soy sauce, vinegar and onion. Takwa't Baboy Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 Kilo Pork Belly  1/4 Cup - Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Cup - Vinegar 1/2 Kilo - Tofu 1 - Onion (chopped) 1 Cup - Water 1/2 - Knorr Pork Cube Cooking Oil Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Fry the pork belly in a pan with cooking oil after it has been cooked cut into small pieces place in a serving bowl. Fry the tofu in a separate frying pan with oil and cut into cubes place in the bowl along with the pork belly. Butter with Garlic Salmon Belly Recipe Ingredient: 1 kilo Fresh Salmon Belly 1 stick of butter (any brand) 1 whole garlic (peel and chopped) Step 1: You will wash and clean the shrimps by trimming off the whiskers.   Step 2: In a flying pan you will melt the butter, add the garlic and shrimp in low heat. Step 3: Once the shrimp turns pink it is already cook. Ready to eat! Every house hold always has left over food at their home. We try to find ways to make a different dish from our leftover. No one wants to eat the same food over again.   This is what I usually make with my left over shrimp. I would peel the head and skin. I would make it into shrimp taco or shrimp garden salad.

Our employee loves eating this chicken feet to them they love the taste. Eating chicken feet is known for others by adding collagen in your life. Ingredients: 1 Kilo Chicken Feet 4 Tbsp. - Ground Garlic 3 cup - Soy Sauce 1 cup - Distilled vinegar 2 Tbsp. - Peppercorn crushed 8 big - Bay leaves 4 Tsp Maggi Sauce 1 Tbsps. Paksiw ng Pata Recipe

You have an option to add the sugar to the paksiw ng pata or not add the sugar depending on if you have someone who is diabetic and doesn't want to eat it with their dish is an option to this dish. Paksiw ng Pata Recipe Ingredients: 1 Kilo Pork Pata (sliced into 2 inches) ½ Cup – Soy sauce 8 - Cloves of Garlic (minced) 2 Cups - Water ½ Cup - Vinegar 1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar ½ Package - Dried Banana Blossom (soaked in water) 1 Tbsp – Whole Black Pepper Patis (fish sauce) Cooking Oil Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Cook in pan heat oil add pork pata cook until cooked and set aside the pork Add garlic to sauté Add pork pata pour the water, soy sauce, vinegar, peppercorn cook in low heat for one hour until tender. Yellow Cab Pizza in the Philippines

This is my favorite pasta from  Yellow Cab Pizza called Charlie Chan Chicken made with chicken, shitake mushroom, roasted peanuts in a spicy oriental sauce. It reminds me of pad thai but in a different way. When you crave for pasta why not adds pizza to your order the first one is New York Classic Pepperoni and Mahattan Meatlovers is all meat pizza with ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, salami and bacon. Filipino Kamote Que Recipe

Kamote que is one of my favorite merienda that we cook in our home and each day this is a common food that Filipinos love to eat. Kamote is known as a sweet potato. Kamote que is brown sugar coated on the kamote that has been fried up. This is a common street food you will see when you walk around outside that has three pieces on a barbecue stick. Homemade Kamote Cue Recipe: Ingredients: 4 Pieces Kamote (sweet potato) - sliced 2 Cup - Brown Sugar Cooking Oil Bamboo Stick Cooking Instructions: In a pan you will add enough cooking oil and heat it up once it starts to boil add the brown sugar until it turns brown. Add the kamote fry for 10 minutes and flip both sides to be cooked once the sugar has stuck on the kamote remove the kamote. Add three pieces on the kamote slices in a bamboo stick. My favorite is adding cinnamon powder on my kamote cue to add more flavor this is optional.

We love eating French fries and when you have potatoes in your home, and you are craving for something to snack on I would make time to make my own that will almost taste like in any other fast food restaurant the only difference it is the healthy way. You have two choices to peel the potato or to keep the skin it all depends on your preference. Homemade French Fries Ingredients: 1 Kilo - Potato Salt Cooking Oil Preparing: Clean the potato.  Cut each potato long way in half, cut 1/2-inch slices to make it look like matchsticks. Method before Frying the Potato: Soak in a bowl prevention that the potato doesn't stick to each other when you fry it. The starch on the potato will be removed rinse it well in cold water and strain. Dry potato on a rack For Crispy French Fries: Soak in hot water.  Frying: Heat up the oil in a pot. Cook the fries. Adobo Chicharo with Pork Recipe

Chicharo is known for sweet peas in another country and is cooked in our home adodo style along with pork. Adobo Chicharo Recipe: Ingredients: 1/3 cup - Soy Sauce 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced) 1 - Medium Onion (chopped) 3 Tbs - Vinegar 2 - Tbs Cooking Oil 1/4 Kilo Pork (chopped) 1/2 Kilo Chicharo/Sweet Pea (remove the sides) 1/2 Tsp - Black Pepper 1/2 Cup - Water Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Cook in a large pan in medium heat add cooking oil add garlic and onion saute  Add pork cook for two minutes  Add soy sauce, vinegar and water until sauce begins to boil Step 2: Add chicharo/sweet pea mix together cook for 10 minutes season with black pepper. Ready to eat!

Hito is known to be called Catfish for people who don't recognize the name this fish is something I cannot eat but my family can, and this is their favorite dish they like to eat once in a while. Adobo Hito Recipe: Ingredients: 4 tbsp. - Ground Garlic 3 cup - Soy Sauce 1 cup - Distilled vinegar 2 tbsp. - Peppercorn crushed 8 big - Bay leaves 4 Tsp Maggi Sauce 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice Calamansi or Lemon Cleaning Instructions: To clean the hito/catfish squeeze calamansi or lemon and drizzle juice inside the fish's cavity. Rub the calamansi or lemon with salt and rub all over the hito/catfish. Let t stand until salt has evaporated to the hito/catfish. Rinse well  Cut hito/catfish 2 inch thickness. Marinate Hito/Catfish: Step 1: In a bowl add hito/catfish add soy sauce, peppercorn, Maggi sauce and garlic for one hour set aside.
