Double Caramelized Smash Burger for PHP 249.00 with French Fries with Homemade Ketchup PHP 99.00 total of PHP 348.00 ($6.21). I had ordered myself the Buffalo Chicken Poppers for PHP 189.00 ($3.38) the serving was big. I couldn't quite finish it very spicy even if it says mild on the label on the box. I used my ranch dressing to minimize the heat coming from my mouth. Carmina requested Manang V to fry Bangus Shanghai that was recently purchased from Precila's Dagupan Bonuan-Bangus located inside Farmers Market, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. At first Manang V was wondering why Carmina purchased some lumpia shanghai since we make some at home. Carmina had informed Manang V this is different the ingredient is boneless bangus (milkfish) and the one we make at home has meat inside. Manang V had fried all the Bangus Shanghai, and it is wrapped neatly. Carmina had sliced one pieces so you can see what is inside. We had served it with sweet chili sauce however you can also use ketchup if you prefer too. When biting inside resembles eating Bangus Relleno only difference there is no raisin, pickle relish and hardboiled egg.
