Chachago Milk Tea is from Taiwan and Vietnam. They have branches spread out in the Philippines. I have been to a lot of milk tea places and this is the first time the person at the counter where you order your milk tea will ask how much sugar you want.  At first I was confused because I didn't know what she meant by how many sugar because when we usually order from other places they don't ask you.
