Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Our Friday Menu for everyone including our employee is ground pork with quail egg something different for a change. Ground Pork with Quail Egg Recipe Ingredients: 2 - Kilos Ground Pork 20 - Pieces Quail Egg (boiled and remove shell) 1 - Carrot (peel and slice to cubes) 2 - Potatoes (peel and slice to cubes) 1 - Large Del Monte Original Tomato Sauce 1 - Red Bell Pepper (sliced small) 2 - Onion (peel and chopped) 2 - Whole Garlic (peel and chopped) 2 - Cup Water Patis (fish sauce) to taste Cooking Instructions: In a large pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic and onion to sauté add ground pork, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, water and tomato sauce cook until vegetables are tender season with patis add quail egg the dish will be cooked once water has evaporated.
