Everyone always wants to learn from their own mom how to cook their Filipino dishes. Mom Violy decided to cook some Filipino Pork Adobo for Papa Ping. Carmina was able to watch Mom Violy cook in the kitchen and take a video during the process. Mom Violy's Pork Adobo Recipe: Ingredients: 1lbs. Country Pork Ribs (washed and chopped in cubes) 1/2 Cup - Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup - Water 1 - Clove Garlic (chopped) 1 Tbsp. - White Vinegar 1 - Knor Pork Cube 1 Tbsp. - Black Pepper or Peppercorn 1 - Small Piece Bay Leaf Marinate Sauce: Add pork ribs in a plastic Tupperware In a small bowl add soy sauce, water, garlic, vinegar and black pepper mix well add with pork ribs let it marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
