Carmina's Review on Second Branch of Sundays Cafe and Restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City

We have friends who love to eat out and have no clue where there are places to dine.  No problem with based on my experience we can refer them to places that are reasonable prices. Carmina had tried Sundays Cafe in the branch located in Marikina. I was informed by the server they will be opening their second location sometime this year. Few days ago, Mom Violy, Carmina and some friends came with us to see the new branch of Sundays Cafe and Restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City. There is parking in front of the restaurant.  We walked in and noticed a sign saying it was a soft opening. The place was full yet they we're able to accompany us to our table on the ground floor. Someone working there gave us a tour upstairs where the function rooms to those having a party.  The restroom is unisex the first door has the handicap and two restroom doors for male and female to use. The two menus were handed to us one is Filipino and International food.  Next the utensils, napkins, glass water p

Kumori Japanese Bakery and Cafe

I was too curious and walk into this Japanese Bakery to see what they had to offer. I usually buy bread in Bread Talk and Yamato. I wanted to see what bread that I can buy and try for myself. The branch I went to visit was at UP Town Center. I love eating anything with cinnamon and came across a cinnamon roll. I had tried it for breakfast it is not what I had expected. The downside the cream cheese over powered the taste of the cinnamon bread, Maybe they had put too much. The bread is too sweet for me although the bread is really moist and soft. This is coffee bread with raisin. It is actually tasty something I would buy again. These are the other pastry that are sold in the bakery and cafe. Note: Carmina is not selling or advertising for  Kumori Japanese Bakery and Cafe.

Ice Scream for Ice Cream

Apart of our life we look for a sugar rush something to fill up our cravings. No matter what the weather is like from freezing, cold, warm and super hot we look for something to make us satisfied from our sweet tooth. My family loves ice-cream and the best to get their cravings satisfied is from Baskin Robbins.

Craving for Pizza from California

In the Philippines we can purchase S&R New York Style Pizza without being a membership and they have restaurants available in the mall or near a grocery store. S&R is just like the membership wholesale buying like in the United States called, Costco. S&R sells the same type of food carried in Costco in the United States. They also offer food coming from other countries. When I feel like eating clam chowder coming from the US I always just buy it from S&R and eating one cup can fill up my cravings. S&R New York Style Pizza can be delivered from your own home from Food Panda buy purchasing online.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

Today, we had no school due to the taal volcano as we are walking around U.P. Town Center you will notice lots of people are wearing mask to prevent inhaling the air. The weather is drizzling and I am wearing a rain coat to prevent getting sick while other people are passing by me with no jacket. My eye’s we’re everywhere when I saw so many places to eat and couldn’t decide where to eat. My stomach was already growling and I needed to think fast to build back my strength. I came across and found something I decided to eat at that I have never tried before I figure this is my chance to write it up and put it in my blog. This restaurant reminded me when I had traveled in Japan in my previous years. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is not just a ramen restaurant they have different type of Japanese to choose from and I was able to check it out for myself. My tummy has a happy camper. For my appetizers I was able to try my favorite Kurobuta Gyoza with black pork dumplin
