Manang V decided to change one ingredient from menudo by using ground pork so now we have a new recipe to add on and something you may also want to try at your home. When I took a bite I thought it was ground pork with potato and carrots but as I had swallow the food I had taste liver in my mouth oh my you cannot see the liver as Manang V had chopped it so small look like only ground pork it is deceiving but good if you're trying to feed a kid who hates liver like me.
