Mom Violy had been craving lobster but was hesitant to try dining at Burger & Lobster. She mentioned the restaurant to a family member, who said the food was delicious but pricey. She told Carmina she wanted to eat there for lunch on Saturday, January 3rd. Since it was the new year, we decided to explore and try something different. Many tables had reservations, but they also accepted walk-ins, just like we did today. Our server handed us the menu. Carmina already knew what she wanted to order: BBQ Beef Ribs for 1,190 pesos ($20.17). Mom Violy and a family member decided to share the Combo One at B&L for 5,290.00 pesos ($89.66), along with garlic rice for 90.00 pesos ($1.53). A family member ordered an Atomic Burger for 695.00 pesos ($11.78) along with a Lobster Mac & Cheese for 990.00 pesos ($16.78). Mom Violy Excited for Ling Nam Express in Robinsons Magnolia

Carmina was busy walking around with Mom Violy inside Robinsons Magnolia. She had noticed a sign saying there is a Ling Nam Express located at the Ground Floor. Mom Violy was asking where the Ground Floor is. Carmina said it is where the food court is located. Yet she didn't believe me went ahead ask each security Mom Violy. They kept telling her they are new at the Robinsons Magnolia. Carmina said, why don't you just trust me let's go to the ground floor and if I am wrong than we can look for it elsewhere. Going down from the second floor riding the escalator Carmina pointed out to Mom Violy and said see I am right.  Mom Violy said, why did you ask me to ask the security guard. We know most seniors they won't admit they are wrong. 🤣 Mom Violy was busy looking at the screen located at the top for their menu. Tito Boni's Request to Eat at The Alley by Vikings in U.P. Town Center

The last time I had made potato salad was on April 1, 2023. Tito Boni made a comment asking for a sample.  When someone has treated me well enough to be my other father treating Mom Violy and Tita Edna for a meal. For me making his request doesn't bother me. In reality he can be my father figure because the way he treats me as if I was his daughter. Tito Boni's birthday was on May 14, 2023. I had informed Mom Violy and Tita Edna it should be our turn to treat Tito Boni out on his belated birthday. I also said, he should pick where he would like to eat. Tito Boni said, he would like to eat at The Alley by Vikings because the last time he went there when U.P. Town Center was just being developed. Mom Violy made a reservation through the phone two weeks for May 23, 2023. On the day of May 23, 2023  Carmina was the first one to arrive at The Alley by Vikings at eleven o'clock informing I had reservation under Mom Violy's name party of five.
