People say carrots are for rabbits.  Carmina decided to make her carrots the healthy way. Easy Carrots Fries for Air Fryer Ingredients: 2 - Pieces of Carrots (washed, peel and slice into thin slices) Olive Oil Garlic Powder Preparing: Add the olive oil and garlic powder let it sit for twenty minutes to absorb on both sides of the carrots. Cooking: Place it on your tray of your air fryer making sure there is space.  Cook in the setting what is instructed for fries. I cooked mine for ten minutes no need to turn it over. I had to use the air fryer two times since there wasn't room to fill the whole tray. Dipping Sauce: Honestly, I prefer ranch dressing since didn't have it available just used ketchup of course depending on your preference. Bicol Express the Healthy Version Recipe

This is the Bicol express the healthy version given by my friend who always cooks this for her family. My friend uses chicken than what people normally use which is pork. Bicol Express Recipe Ingredients: 2 Kilos - Chicken Breast (sliced thinly) 1/4 Cup - Ginger (peel and slice thinly) 3 Cloves - Garlic (chopped) 1 – Onion (chopped) 2 Tbsp - Butter 4 Tbsp - Cooking Oil 2 Cups Gata (coconut milk) 10 Pieces Chili Pepper (chopped) ½ Tsp – Black Pepper 2 Tbsp - Vinegar 1 Tbsp - Patis (fish sauce) 1 - Chicken Cube Cooking Instructions: In a pot add butter and oil when hot add garlic, onion and ginger saute  Add chicken breast, vinegar and patis Add hot chili pepper, gata and chicken cube mix well  The gata has lessen and has thicken it is already cooked. It is best to serve hot over rice and ready to eat.

Miso Maya Maya Recipe

We never run out eating miso at the house this time it is maya maya in english it is a snapper. I will give you a secret ingredient Manang V also put in this dish to add more flavor. Miso Maya Maya Recipe Ingredient: 1 Medium size Fresh Maya Maya (clean scale with brush, inside and sliced 1 inch) 2 Tbsp - Fresh Miso 2 - Tomato (quartered) 2 - Onion (quartered) 1 Tbsp - Sinigang ng Tamarind Mix (secret ingredient) 5 Cup - Water 1 - Bunch Mustard leaves (separate mustard leaves from stem) 1 - Piece Long Green Chili Cooking Instructions: In a medium pot pour small amount of cooking oil once hot add onion and tomato Add Maya Maya Add water let it boil Add miso and stir Add long green chili  Add mustard leaves Cook for 20 minutes Transfer to serving boil Best served when hot.
