Bagoong Shrimp Recipe

Let me explain what bagoong is made of fermented fish and Bagoong shrimp is made of shrimp paste with salt. Why is bagoong shrimp color pink? What is buro? Buro is known to use angkak which is a rice color purple that has fermented that has red yeast rice that is where buro gets it's color. Buro is fermented with salt and fish for one week before they sell it.
