Carmina's Review on Second Branch of Sundays Cafe and Restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City

We have friends who love to eat out and have no clue where there are places to dine.  No problem with based on my experience we can refer them to places that are reasonable prices. Carmina had tried Sundays Cafe in the branch located in Marikina. I was informed by the server they will be opening their second location sometime this year. Few days ago, Mom Violy, Carmina and some friends came with us to see the new branch of Sundays Cafe and Restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City. There is parking in front of the restaurant.  We walked in and noticed a sign saying it was a soft opening. The place was full yet they we're able to accompany us to our table on the ground floor. Someone working there gave us a tour upstairs where the function rooms to those having a party.  The restroom is unisex the first door has the handicap and two restroom doors for male and female to use. Bagoong Shrimp Recipe

Let me explain what bagoong is made of fermented fish and Bagoong shrimp is made of shrimp paste with salt. Why is bagoong shrimp color pink? When the bagoong fish and shrimp and mixed into with the salt the color changes into pink. Buro Isda Recipe

What is buro? Buro is known to use angkak which is a rice color purple that has fermented that has red yeast rice that is where buro gets it's color. Buro is fermented with salt and fish for one week before they sell it. Buro is made with isda (fish) for example the one my mom buys in Cabanatuan City is made with tinapa (smoked fish) located in the Public Market in front of the entrance across the street from the bakery. Buro Isda Recipe Ingredients: Buro Isda 1 - Clove Garlic (peel and minced) Knorr Seasoning to your taste Water (Depends if you like with sauce or dry) Cooking Instructions: In a small pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic to saute add buro isda, water and knorr seasoning for one hour or until the rice is cooked and the water has evaporated. Mojo with Additional Recipes to Add On

You are searching for something at a glance someone is giving out a recipe in where you usually buy your food and when we live where everyone seem to have more time to cook a meal in their home the recipe becomes available to the public. I would like to share with you so you can also cook in your home. Shakey's Mojo Recipe Ingredients: Potato (slice thinly) 100 grams - Fried Chicken Breading Mix 30 grams - Salt 10 grams - Black Pepper Cooking Oil Optional Ingredients: 1 - Cup All Purpose Flour 2 - Tbsp Magic Sarap or 1 Knorr Cube To add flavoring in your mojo's like Potato Corner can add any flavoring that is listed in  flavored french fries recipe . Just in case fried chicken breading mix is not available add the following to your all purpose flour is to mix together with paprika, garlic and onion powder. There are other ingredients to get from what is not available for you to use in the Shakey's mojo recipe. Cooking Instructions: Microwave the sliced potato for 5 minutes.
