Mom Violy wanted to purchase some tocino from Pampanga's Best finding out there is a soft opening branch near her home. Upon entering was a salesperson who had assist Mom Violy looking at the tocino while Carmina was looking around seeing there was so many products made by  Pampanga's Best . Carmina saw that there was breakfast sausage and was told it was one of their best sellers. Those who don't know the physical store is a wholesaler accepting resellers. However, like Mom Violy she only went there for personal consume they accept senior card and pwd card holder giving them 5% discount. Bagoong Shrimp Recipe

Let me explain what bagoong is made of fermented fish and Bagoong shrimp is made of shrimp paste with salt. Why is bagoong shrimp color pink? Buro Isda Recipe

What is buro? Buro is known to use angkak which is a rice color purple that has fermented that has red yeast rice that is where buro gets it's color. Buro is fermented with salt and fish for one week before they sell it. Buro is made with isda (fish) for example the one my mom buys in Cabanatuan City is made with tinapa (smoked fish) located in the Public Market in front of the entrance across the street from the bakery.
