You won’t believe what Carmina found inside the museum!

Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. Bagoong Shrimp Recipe

Let me explain what bagoong is made of fermented fish and Bagoong shrimp is made of shrimp paste with salt. Why is bagoong shrimp color pink? Buro Isda Recipe

What is buro? Buro is known to use angkak which is a rice color purple that has fermented that has red yeast rice that is where buro gets it's color. Buro is fermented with salt and fish for one week before they sell it. Buro is made with isda (fish) for example the one my mom buys in Cabanatuan City is made with tinapa (smoked fish) located in the Public Market in front of the entrance across the street from the bakery.
