It’s always been our tradition that when a birthday is coming up in our close group of friends, we take turns treating each other. Mom Violy picks the restaurant, and we all tag along. Tito Boni prefers to use his credit card for dining discounts. Carmina's Tips How to Cure Muscle Spasms

The past week I have been experiencing pain in back of my head for the first time. It doesn't feel like a headache or migraine my friends keep explaining having pain at the ear. It only happens on the left back of the head goes away when I put ice on it. I've never bumped my head on anything if it were a bruise. Tuesday, I asked Mary Ann to massage me feeling my body sore. I had a two-hour massage and slept over night at Mom Violy's home. I was able to sweat off the pain yet the pain on the head was there on and off. Mary Ann suggested to take my blood pressure. I did and it was always normal. I began analyzing with what was new before having the pain on my head. Move to a house where everything is below you example sink is meant for petite people. Carmina has many friends who have told me to find a job that I really love to do. The best part when using social media, it is worldwide can take it what location you're at from the Philippines example if I am in travel mode to the United States. Carmina's Daily Routine in the Kitchen

I guess everyone knows Carmina can cook around her kitchen by making a meal. Yes, people thought a person who use to rely on Manang V to cook a meal for us. Yet they had no clue Carmina grew up in the United States.  There no such thing having an employee to work for you not unless you've got the money. I grew up learning to cook different types of food as we are getting older. Our taste buds begin to change from all international food somewhat we learn the dishes we feel like eating that day. Life is food no one will be able to provide a meal if you don't know how to cook. Who will do it for you when you're feeling hungry. I know it taste time to work around doing everything on your own. It is a training part with new changes giving you independency without following a daily menu. Carmina's Tip on How to Use Oil Filter Sheet

How do you recycle your cooking oil? I've seen Mananag V who was our cook had saved empty bottles. She would put all her excess oil in the glass bottles after it has cooled off.
