Spinach with Shrimp and Tofu Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 Kilo - Spinach 5 Pieces - Shrimp 3 Slices - Tofu (slice into cubes) 1 - Tomato (slice into quarter) Patis (fish sauce) to taste Step 1: (Shrimp Water) Use mortar and pestle add 5 pieces shrimp head smash it. Add 1/2 cup water Place the shrimp head and water in the strainer having a bowl below it. Set aside Cooking Instructions: In a pan add cooking oil on low heat sauté garlic and onion add shrimp, tofu, tomato and spinach Add shrimp water and patis to taste Mix together Place in a serving plate ready to eat. Today our menu is Nilagang Pata cooked the same procedure only difference there is a tip how to clean the pata before you begin cooking it.
