Your body clock has a difficult time going back to your normal routine. I have notice once you get a little older your body has a difficult time adjusting back to the normal cycle in your life. How do you deal from being not jet lag? How long does it take to over come to get back to your old pattern? It really depends how you train yourself with discipline.  There are people who just keep sleeping the same time as when they had traveled from a foreign country. Honestly, that will prolong your sleeping pattern. You will not be able to adjust yourself that way. I find if you try to beat off yourself to sleep and take a nap between the day. It is easier to do.  Make sure you don't take a long nap in between the day. Or else it will not work for you. I try to keep myself busy go outside or go...
