Carmina says Bebang’s halo-halo is summer in a spoon — but is it the real deal or just pretty colors in a cup?

Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about  Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. How to Deal with Jet lag

I have traveled for so many year and every time I do travel. I have a difficult time getting back to my old pattern when you have visit a foreign country for a long time. Your body clock has a difficult time going back to your normal routine. I have notice once you get a little older your body has a difficult time adjusting back to the normal cycle in your life. How do you deal from being not jet lag? How long does it take to over come to get back to your old pattern? It really depends how you train yourself with discipline.  There are people who just keep sleeping the same time as when they had traveled from a foreign country. Honestly, that will prolong your sleeping pattern. You will not be able to adjust yourself that way. I find if you try to beat off yourself to sleep and take a nap between the day.
