I remember when growing up in California. Mom Violy uses to make an easy meal just adding cream of mushroom soup with chicken. I decided to try a different brand of cream of mushroom soup since I am in the Philippines. Imported soup are too expensive and some of us cannot afford it. I had seasoned the chicken thigh with black pepper and salt for one hour in the refrigerator. Easy Cream of Mushroom with Chicken Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Pack of Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Chicken Thigh (season with black pepper and salt) 1 Tbsp. - Butter (any brand) 2 1/2 Cup Water Cooking: Follow the instructions on the Knorr Cream of Mushroom it says dilute the soup base in the water.
