When Mom Violy wanted seafood, one name kept popping up: Breakthrough Restaurant. Would it live up to the hype?

After a road trip and exploring the area, Mom Violy requested some seafood and was given a recommendation to dine at  Breakthrough Restaurant . When we entered the restaurant, we saw it was bustling with customers, and Mom Violy asked for a table by the window to enjoy the beach view . The server informed us that we needed to place our order at the counter and choose the seafood to be weighed, similar to the process at Dampa . Tita Edna was busy snapping photos, while Carmina was filming as Mom Violy placed her order. Breakthrough isn’t air-conditioned, but they provide electric fans at your table for comfort. Mom Violy wanted sinigang and was deciding which kind of fish to have with her soup. Mom Violy requested the crab and shrimp to be cooked in butter and garlic. Mom Violy also ordered adobong pusit (squid). Tita Edna placed her own order, which was kilawin na dilis . Carmina wanted fresh lumpia , but since it wasn’t available, she opted for pinakbet instead. Maya's Baked Pasta from Realms Mansion Vista Verde Cainta

Carmina went searching for pasta this time and discovered Maya's Trio Solo, which offers one serving each of Lasagna, Baked Mac, and Chicken Alfredo, along with six pieces of garlic bread, all for PHP 749.70 ($13.39). Carmina went to grab Maya's Meal, which includes a choice of pasta—I chose Baked Mac—along with two cookies (I opted for Oatmeal) and two pieces of garlic bread, all for PHP 339.15 ($6.56). I was worried the serving might be too small, but once I transferred it to a plate, it turned out to be just right. Carmina's Experience inside Persephone's Farm located at The Gardens, Loyola Grand Villas

Carmina was curious to enter inside Persephone's Farm where she saw so many Korean items and fresh fruits. Carmina began looking inside and saw some canned juice located in back of the store where a man just appeared in front of her holding a basket offering to hold items in which I began finding other stuff that added on. Carmina asked how much the prepacked Sweet Red Lychees and was told it was PHP 150.00 and took two packages. Carmina also took one piece of Davao Lagkitan Avocado and some Lakatan Banana. I was missing eating fresh fruits after I had arrived from California. Of course there was some Korean Ice-Cream located inside the freezer and was told to check what else I wanted to purchase the person who was inside was very friendly. Just in case your in the neighborhood come and check out  Persephone's Farm . Yes, it is true the Sweet Red Lychees are very sweet and the juice comes out removing the outer layer skin.
