Carmina had ordered her Gcash card paying the amount of two hundred and fifty pesos. It took a while for the card to arrive which you would receive a notification on your mobile phone number. Just like any card there will be a process before you can actually use it. For some reason had a difficult time linking my Gcash card to the application on my phone. I decided to go to the help center on the application informing the situation. It took some business days to actually resolved it therefore you will also receive an email for a ticket they call it. Notification will also send to you SMS text informs you the progress if the customer service would need more information from you in order solve the status.
