Ginataang Tilapia Recipe Ingredients: 6 Pieces Fresh Tilipia (clean and slice into 3 pieces) 2 - Cloves Garlic (mined) 1 - Onion (chopped) 1 thumb size - Ginger (chopped) 2 Cups - Gata (coconut milk) 1 Tsp - Patis (Fish Sauce) Cooking Instructions: In a pot when hot pour small amount of cooking oil add garlic, onion and ginger place sliced tilapia and gata let it cooked for 10 minutes add patis ready to serve in a serving plate.
