Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Ginataang Tilapia Recipe

 



Today I ate the employee's lunch menu Manang V had cooked ginataang tilapia I wanted to try and taste it after hearing it from her. I will share you the recipe of how Manang V had cooked it after I wrote everything down for you to try it at your location.

Ginataang Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Pieces Fresh Tilipia (clean and slice into 3 pieces)
  • 2 - Cloves Garlic (mined)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1 thumb size - Ginger (chopped)
  • 2 Cups - Gata (coconut milk)
  • 1 Tsp - Patis (Fish Sauce)
Cooking Instructions:
  1. In a pot when hot pour small amount of cooking oil add garlic, onion and ginger place sliced tilapia and gata let it cooked for 10 minutes add patis ready to serve in a serving plate.
