Carmina heard that YouTube has a new guideline for those who are considering to be fully monetized starting February 1, 2027 , lots of people will be affected. People are already having a difficult time accomplishing 4,000 public watched hour what happens when it is double task. Carmina is grateful she has passed the 3,000 public watched hours yet worried if don't reach being fully monetized. I know it explains that won't be affected however we want to make sure by February 1, 2027, that we are fully monetized giving me five months to work harder. As of August 9, 2026, Carmina has 383 public watched hours to accomplish to be fully monetized. My friends tell me better have extended public watched hours just to be safe. The only way to complete the public watched hours is either you have friends play your playlist, go live streaming and do premiere since counted as a live stream. Carmina says Bebang’s halo-halo is summer in a spoon — but is it the real deal or just pretty colors in a cup?
Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about Bebang's Halo-Halo, but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square, we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. Unlike other places, Bebang’s Halo-Halo doesn’t have size options—everything comes in a standard size, making ordering easier. Seniors and PWDs get a discount per order, and you’re given something that lights up when your halo-halo is ready for pickup. Service was quick, so the wait wasn’t long at all.
Each order comes in its own green plastic bag with a table napkin and plastic spoon, making it easier to hand out to each person who placed an order.
If you wait too long, everything starts to spill—just like what happened to me after bringing Mom Violy home while still full from lunch. Of course, I snapped pictures and took a video of the Presidential halo-halo before my first bite, being a blogger. It was delicious, and I can’t wait to try the other flavors in the future.
The prices are cheaper when you walk in compared to what’s listed on the website or for delivery.
