Carmina's Progress for Swimsuit Challenge Summer 2023

Carmina's only problem is her tummy fats. I am almost there. The advantages for me I get a massage from Mary Ann weekly and a way our blood vessel starts to flow from our body. Mary Ann is able to remove all the knots and pain after you've exercise.  I am the lucky one since I have started since year 2020. I've already aware what exercise works for me. Plus, I've added walking around the neighborhood for thirty minutes or one hour depending on the weather conditions.  We have option to different type of exercise by searching online to see which are the best that makes us sweat continually. Mary Ann and I have been sharing which routine we are following giving each of us support in what we do daily. We have our own support team. Observation: For myself I have notice whatever weight you are there are tummy fats what food you eat doesn't matter only if you add exercise in your daily life. I weigh 119 pounds. What do you do when your hair grows and you want to get a haircut?

The new norm is to do your own haircut in your own home due to the virus that has affected all around the world and when you are use too getting a haircut as your daily routine. When that routine gets broken and you need to find something to solve the irritation feeling on your head wanting to get a haircut there is no way to go to your favorite barber shop or beauty salon. You end up ordering your own set of professional electric razor, trimmer and grooming kit to do it at your own convince of your home. The problem occurs when you are afraid to cut your own hair and you ask someone to do it for you who live with you. Next as other family members see you have a new haircut they want to follow that same trend to borrow your grooming kit. For the people who color their hair this is a new trend is either grow out your gray hair or you learn to color your own hair because there is no way someone can do it outside not unless you make an appointment and wear a mask during the process. Butter with Garlic Salmon Belly Recipe Ingredient: 1 kilo Fresh Salmon Belly 1 stick of butter (any brand) 1 whole garlic (peel and chopped) Step 1: You will wash and clean the shrimps by trimming off the whiskers.   Step 2: In a flying pan you will melt the butter, add the garlic and shrimp in low heat. Step 3: Once the shrimp turns pink it is already cook. Ready to eat! Every house hold always has left over food at their home. We try to find ways to make a different dish from our leftover. No one wants to eat the same food over again.   This is what I usually make with my left over shrimp. I would peel the head and skin. I would make it into shrimp taco or shrimp garden salad.  

Adobo Chicken Feet Recipe

Our employee loves eating this chicken feet to them they love the taste. Ingredients: 1 Kilo Chicken Feet 4 Tbsp. - Ground Garlic 3 cup - Soy Sauce 1 cup - Distilled vinegar 2 Tbsp. - Peppercorn crushed 8 big - Bay leaves 4 Tsp Maggi Sauce 1 Tbsps. Lemon Juice Step 1: Add all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator in a Tupperware Note: Best to marinate meat over night with the following ingredient. Step 2: Boil and cook for one hour.
