Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Carmina's Review on Wine Tasting at Laird Family Estate

Catalina had planned a surprised for Carmina for her visit to Napa Valley over the weekend.  All through my life I've never experience a real wine tasting with your best friend often seen in social media from friends you've known for a long time. Sometimes we don't get those invitation we see from friends who have real buddies to hang out doing what they call relaxation by unwind yourself enjoy the wine savoring the appetizers that blends well with what type of wine you have in your glass. Catalina's Boiled Salsa Recipe

Our next cooking with Catalina is when she explains what type of chili pepper and the difference on each Mexican meal. Catalina always had a passion to cook ever since she was growing up in Mexico. Boiled Salsa Recipe: Ingredients: 4 Tomatoes Chili Pepper Garlic 2 - Cup Water Blender Cooking Instructions: In a sauce pan with two cups of water add the tomatoes let it boil than add the chili peppers until it is fully cooked remove from heat and peel skin off from tomato by holding with a fork place it in the blender along with the cooked chili pepper and sauce. Use a strainer to remove the excess and your boiled salsa is ready to be consumed with your Mexican dish. NOT SPONSORED. Catalina's Chilaquiles Recipe

  Other than having an ordinary breakfast we can topped it by upgrading our meal with a Mexican touch by Catalina who will demonstrate how to make it. It is Carmina's first time to have a real Mexican breakfast of the home of Catalina. You will be needing the following ingredients for Chilaquiles starting the procedure to begin. 10 Pieces - Corn Tortilla (sliced in cubes) Red Onion Panela Cheese Catalina's preference in Corn Tortilla brand is to look for this found in the grocery store. Cooking Instructions for Chilaquiles: Place in frying pan add olive oil add sliced tortilla and let it become crispy before adding chopped red onions mix well by adding panela cheese until it is melted and prepared to serve along with your choice of egg on your plate. Catalina's Two-Way Egg Breakfast with Final Touch Recipe

We can start our morning is to have a heavy breakfast in which Catalina being a mother she prefers to feed her family a healthy meal. Today we are starting off having a Mexican omelet that is very colorful to brighten your day. Everyone prefers their eggs cooked a different way. Catalina's Omelets Recipe: Ingredients: Egg Half and Half Milk Black Pepper Himalayan Pink Salt Olive Oil Cheese Catalina goes based on how many eggs you would like to eat. The portion of the half and half is only a little amount by adding a dash of black pepper and Himalayan pink salt by mixing together in a bowl. Cooking Instructions: Heat up a small frying pan with olive oil in low heat until hot place egg batter in pan waits till bubbles appear and flip over and transfer to a serving plate.
