Carmina had informed when going back to the Philippines will take a picture. It had slipped my mind since got busy. Carmina found out you can post in your subscriber's community a way to communicate with each other. Two days later Carmina went to her friend's live streaming and found out Stardust was also there. Stardust informed me she never knew that there was a community page in our channel. Only found out when I had post from her page. Stardust and other viewers asked me how I do it. Our next cooking with Catalina is when she explains what type of chili pepper and the difference on each Mexican meal.
Catalina always had a passion to cook ever since she was growing up in Mexico.
Boiled Salsa Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatoes
- Chili Pepper
- Garlic
- 2 - Cup Water
- Blender
Cooking Instructions:
In a sauce pan with two cups of water add the tomatoes let it boil than add the chili peppers until it is fully cooked remove from heat and peel skin off from tomato by holding with a fork place it in the blender along with the cooked chili pepper and sauce.
Use a strainer to remove the excess and your boiled salsa is ready to be consumed with your Mexican dish.
