Carmina's Review on Second Branch of Sundays Cafe and Restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City

We have friends who love to eat out and have no clue where there are places to dine.  No problem with based on my experience we can refer them to places that are reasonable prices. Carmina had tried Sundays Cafe in the branch located in Marikina. I was informed by the server they will be opening their second location sometime this year. Few days ago, Mom Violy, Carmina and some friends came with us to see the new branch of Sundays Cafe and Restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City. There is parking in front of the restaurant.  We walked in and noticed a sign saying it was a soft opening. The place was full yet they we're able to accompany us to our table on the ground floor. Someone working there gave us a tour upstairs where the function rooms to those having a party.  The restroom is unisex the first door has the handicap and two restroom doors for male and female to use. Smores Brownie Recipe

Long time ago when I was still living in California and I would love to bake at home to try something new because I felt I wanted to try a new recipe and to play with it as from all my baking I was able to practice and share it with my friends when we use to go bowling. This is something my close friends who always request even if they are on a diet or no diet them wanted something sweet to eat as we shared stories together. Smores Brownie Recipe: Ingredients: 1 - Baker Square unsweetened chocolate bar 1 - Box Graham Crackers 1 - Package Marshmallow 1 - Cup All Purpose Flour 1 - Tsp Vanilla Extract 3 - Large Eggs 2 - Cup Sugar ¾ -  Cup Butter 1 - Flat Casserole or Aluminum pan Cooking Instructions: Step 1: In a microwaveable bowl add butter and unsweetened chocolate bar to cook for 2 minutes in the microwave Mix well until chocolate is completed melted. Scramble Egg with Tomato Recipe

This is my favorite scramble egg when I will be eating it with a Filipino dish called longganisa, tocino or tapa it can be eaten during your breakfast or when you feel like eating it. Some people put it inside their pandesal or eat it with rice as for me since I stop eating rice for a long time I prefer to eat it alone with my main meal. Scramble Egg with Tomato Recipe: Ingredients: 1 - Egg (beaten) 1 - Ripe Tomato (chopped) 1/2 - Onion (chopped) - Optional Salt to your taste Cooking Instructions: In a frying pan heat oil add onion and egg Stir while cooking and add salt  Note: Taste best when not over cooked on the scramble egg.

Kalabasa Soup Recipe

Kalabasa is a squash which I love to eat in any way we can make it into a dish to be cooked at our home. This soup is easy to make it at home and you can use the same ingredients by using a different vegetable because in any dish it will be different with its texture cooked based on how you puree it in the blender. Main Ingredient: 1 - Nestle Cream or 1 cup of any cream 1 - Knorr Cubes any flavor 4 - Cups Water  1 - Onion (chopped) 1 - Kilo Kalabasa - squash (peel and cut into cubes) or any vegetable 1/2 - Tsp Black Pepper 1/4 - Cup Bacon (cooked and chopped) - Optional Blender Cooking Instructions: Step 1: In a sauce pan add water let it boil  Add onion and kalabasa cook until soft Step 2: Blender: Place Step 1 in the blender until texture is smooth transfer back in the sauce pan. Step 3: Add nestle cream, until pot begins to boil add Knorr cube, bacon and season with black pepper. Ready to eat! Note: You can add croutons to your soup to add more flavor to you soup.
