Long time ago when I was still living in California and I would love to bake at home to try something new because I felt I wanted to try a new recipe and to play with it as from all my baking I was able to practice and share it with my friends when we use to go bowling. Scrambled Egg with Tomato Recipe

This is my favorite scramble egg when I will be eating it with a Filipino dish called longganisa, tocino or tapa it can be eaten during your breakfast or when you feel like eating it. Some people put it inside their pandesal or eat it with rice as for me since I stop eating rice for a long time I prefer to eat it alone with my main meal. Kalabasa Soup Recipe

Kalabasa is a squash which I love to eat in any way we can make it into a dish to be cooked at our home. This soup is easy to make it at home and you can use the same ingredients by using a different vegetable because in any dish it will be different with its texture cooked based on how you puree it in the blender. Main Ingredient: 1 - Nestle Cream or 1 cup of any cream 1 - Knorr Cubes any flavor 4 - Cups Water  1 - Onion (chopped) 1 - Kilo Kalabasa - squash (peel and cut into cubes) or any vegetable 1/2 - Tsp Black Pepper 1/4 - Cup Bacon (cooked and chopped) - Optional Blender Cooking Instructions: Step 1: In a saucepan add water let it boil  Add onion and kalabasa cook until soft Step 2: Blender: Place Step 1 in the blender until texture is smooth transfer back in the saucepan.
