Carmina's Progress for Swimsuit Challenge Summer 2023

Carmina's only problem is her tummy fats. I am almost there. The advantages for me I get a massage from Mary Ann weekly and a way our blood vessel starts to flow from our body. Mary Ann is able to remove all the knots and pain after you've exercise.  I am the lucky one since I have started since year 2020. I've already aware what exercise works for me. Plus, I've added walking around the neighborhood for thirty minutes or one hour depending on the weather conditions.  We have option to different type of exercise by searching online to see which are the best that makes us sweat continually. Mary Ann and I have been sharing which routine we are following giving each of us support in what we do daily. We have our own support team. Observation: For myself I have notice whatever weight you are there are tummy fats what food you eat doesn't matter only if you add exercise in your daily life. I weigh 119 pounds. Smores Brownie Recipe

Long time ago when I was still living in California and I would love to bake at home to try something new because I felt I wanted to try a new recipe and to play with it as from all my baking I was able to practice and share it with my friends when we use to go bowling. This is something my close friends who always request even if they are on a diet or no diet them wanted something sweet to eat as we shared stories together. Smores Brownie Recipe: Ingredients: 1 - Baker Square unsweetened chocolate bar 1 - Box Graham Crackers 1 - Package Marshmallow 1 - Cup All Purpose Flour 1 - Tsp Vanilla Extract 3 - Large Eggs 2 - Cup Sugar ¾ -  Cup Butter 1 - Flat Casserole or Aluminum pan Cooking Instructions: Step 1: In a microwaveable bowl add butter and unsweetened chocolate bar to cook for 2 minutes in the microwave Mix well until chocolate is completed melted. Scramble Egg with Tomato Recipe

This is my favorite scramble egg when I will be eating it with a Filipino dish called longganisa, tocino or tapa it can be eaten during your breakfast or when you feel like eating it. Some people put it inside their pandesal or eat it with rice as for me since I stop eating rice for a long time I prefer to eat it alone with my main meal. Scramble Egg with Tomato Recipe: Ingredients: 1 - Egg (beaten) 1 - Ripe Tomato (chopped) 1/2 - Onion (chopped) - Optional Salt to your taste Cooking Instructions: In a frying pan heat oil add onion and egg Stir while cooking and add salt  Note: Taste best when not over cooked on the scramble egg.

Kalabasa Soup Recipe

Kalabasa is a squash which I love to eat in any way we can make it into a dish to be cooked at our home. This soup is easy to make it at home and you can use the same ingredients by using a different vegetable because in any dish it will be different with its texture cooked based on how you puree it in the blender. Main Ingredient: 1 - Nestle Cream or 1 cup of any cream 1 - Knorr Cubes any flavor 4 - Cups Water  1 - Onion (chopped) 1 - Kilo Kalabasa - squash (peel and cut into cubes) or any vegetable 1/2 - Tsp Black Pepper 1/4 - Cup Bacon (cooked and chopped) - Optional Blender Cooking Instructions: Step 1: In a sauce pan add water let it boil  Add onion and kalabasa cook until soft Step 2: Blender: Place Step 1 in the blender until texture is smooth transfer back in the sauce pan. Step 3: Add nestle cream, until pot begins to boil add Knorr cube, bacon and season with black pepper. Ready to eat! Note: You can add croutons to your soup to add more flavor to you soup.
