Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Smores Brownie Recipe



Long time ago when I was still living in California and I would love to bake at home to try something new because I felt I wanted to try a new recipe and to play with it as from all my baking I was able to practice and share it with my friends when we use to go bowling. This is something my close friends who always request even if they are on a diet or no diet them wanted something sweet to eat as we shared stories together.

Smores Brownie Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 1 - Baker Square unsweetened chocolate bar

  • 1 - Box Graham Crackers

  • 1 - Package Marshmallow

  • 1 - Cup All Purpose Flour

1 - Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 - Large Eggs

  • 2 - Cup Sugar

  • ¾ -  Cup Butter

  • 1 - Flat Casserole or Aluminum pan

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
  • In a microwaveable bowl add butter and unsweetened chocolate bar to cook for 2 minutes in the microwave
  • Mix well until chocolate is completed melted.
Step 2:
  • Preheat oven 350 F
  • Add all purpose flour, vanilla extract, eggs, sugar mix together using a hand mixer.
  • Pour into flat casserole or Aluminum pan
Step 3:
  • Bake for 30 minutes and use a toothpick to check to see when cooked.
Step 4:
  • Chop the Graham Crackers into small pieces place in a bowl.
Step 5:
  • Remove the brownie from the oven
  • Add marshmallow and Graham Crackers
  • Place back in the oven once marshmallow is melted it is ready.
