Carmina asked Becka the person who cut, style and does treatment on my hair if she would like to share her wellness in Carmina Lifestyle. Mary Ann went home to Davao the place she grew up along with her family. She had mentioned to Carmina she had decided to live there in the future. Mary Ann has money saved up she wanted the best way to invest on something that can be used up. Her father suggested to build a house during her vacation. Kathleen's Story with Kaia Fit   I've always enjoyed being fit. But when I gained so much weight during my pregnancies, I had to do something about it. I wanted to be able to play and have fun with my kids. I wanted to have energy for them. I found Kaia Fit August of 2014 and fell in love with the community. I became a fitness coach for Kaia Fit January 2016. Best job ever and I can say it saved my life. I was diagnosed withs stage 4 ovarian cancer May 2021. It made me strong and fight through the chemo treatments and surgery. My battle isn't over yet but healing and confidence I will get thru this. I love Cardio exercises. I'm a runner, both trail and road. Kathleen ran countless Marathons and Ultra distances. Although I do have a rest day, I make sure I run or even run walk daily. I enjoy a variety of foods.
