Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at  Lazy Dog Restaurant  in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding.  Fettuccine Alfredo  Blackened Shrimp Tacos Dessert  Family members just ordered what they wanted with the Campfire Pot Roast, Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Fish. Homemade Fresh Lumpia with Egg Wrapper and Peanut Sauce Recipe

Labor of love takes a long time with patience to have a dish all prepared for a family to eat. Some people don't realize to cook one dish especially when it is complicated just having a relationship. Manang V asked for Carmina assistance to help her cook fresh lumpia to read what our recipes will be by helping each other with the ingredients we need. There are two types of fresh lumpia there is ubod or mixed vegetables.  We decided to do something different by adding garbanzo beans that was given to us for Christmas in a basket. Out of the blue being cooler in the Philippines Carmina went toward looking for soup to prepare an easy way just making sure she has what flavors she prefer. Today on January 19, 2022 Carmina went down at the kitchen at 11:00 AM to check on Manang V. Manang V said, I had cooked your Malunggay Veggie Canton since I had leftover chayote from last night.
