After coming back from my vacation my bedroom was under construction and coming with a small closet space wanted to get a bigger one without spending so much money. The closet that I had before my room was fixed up was a wooden cabinet that was very spacious yet there was problem in my room since the house was old was affected from the termites . Only way to get rid of everything they had suggested to break and remove the wooden cabinets and replace it with metal cabinets that for me looked like a locker room when going to high school. It is not spacious even to put your personal belongings and clothing that you have. I was getting frustrated since the metal cabinets are very low feels like I am a kid again. Manang V is sharing her favorite recipe on String Beans with Tofu. Manang V said you can also do the same with kangkong if you choose to go in that direction. String Beans with Tofu Recipe Ingredients: 3 Tbsp. - Oyster Sauce 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced) 1 - Medium Onion (chopped) 2 - Tbs Cooking Oil 1/4 Kilo Pork (chopped) 1/2 Kilo String beans (washed, cut into 2 inch long pieces) Tofu (slice in cubes) 1/2 Cup - Water Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Cook in a large pan in medium heat add cooking oil add garlic and onion sauté Add pork cook for two minutes Add oyster sauce and water until sauce begins to boil Step 2: Add string beans and tofu mix together cook for 10 minutes season ready to serve on a serving plate.
