Find Out Why Mom Violy Loves Dining at Parmigiano

Something happened to us when we went to Gateway Mall 2. Mom Violy originally wanted to eat at a restaurant but when she realized looking at the menu there was nothing she liked.  Mom Violy and Carmina began walking around the mall she kept saying let's go to Gateway 3 which obvious doesn't exit. 🤣 Mom Violy was having her senior moments. Mom Violy decided to eat at  Parmigiano Ristorante .  Mom Violy called up Edna to inform her the venue has to change for their meet up.  Mom Violy had informed Edna that the rib eye is delicious. Both of them had ordered the same meal being best friends having same food in common. Carmina has able to try the Ravioli with Spinach.  Everyone had enjoyed their meal.  Carmina noticed there is a 40% off Thanksgiving promotion every Tuesday until May 8, 2024. Manang V's is Sharing Her Favorite String Beans with Tofu Recipe

Manang V is sharing her favorite recipe on String Beans with Tofu. Manang V said you can also do the same with kangkong if you choose to go in that direction. String Beans with Tofu Recipe Ingredients: 3 Tbsp. - Oyster Sauce 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced) 1 - Medium Onion (chopped) 2 - Tbs Cooking Oil 1/4 Kilo Pork (chopped) 1/2 Kilo String beans (washed, cut into 2 inch long pieces) Tofu (slice in cubes) 1/2 Cup - Water Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Cook in a large pan in medium heat add cooking oil add garlic and onion sauté  Add pork cook for two minutes  Add oyster sauce and water until sauce begins to boil Step 2: Add string beans and tofu mix together cook for 10 minutes season ready to serve on a serving plate.
