Carmina had completed her puzzle and wanted to find a way to hang it up. First thing had to do measure the puzzle giving allowance make sure the picture frame would fit inside. Carmina had received it the next day packed up bubble wrap and in secure box. It was easy to put my puzzle inside and removed the film that had covered the front. Manang V is sharing her favorite recipe on String Beans with Tofu. Manang V said you can also do the same with kangkong if you choose to go in that direction.
String Beans with Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. - Oyster Sauce
- 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Medium Onion (chopped)
- 2 - Tbs Cooking Oil
- 1/4 Kilo Pork (chopped)
- 1/2 Kilo String beans (washed, cut into 2 inch long pieces)
- Tofu (slice in cubes)
- 1/2 Cup - Water
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
Cook in a large pan in medium heat add cooking oil add garlic and onion sauté
Add pork cook for two minutes
Add oyster sauce and water until sauce begins to boil
Step 2:
Add string beans and tofu mix together cook for 10 minutes season ready to serve on a serving plate.
Best to eat with white rice.
