Everyone like their garden salad some like it with only two items and some want a meal portion with variety in one bowl. How do you want your garden salad prepared? Carmina prefer it with a lot of different toppings on her salad giving you an option to eat in one bowl. Carmina has been trying to limit her carbohydrates to those who are trying to get fit can relate to what I am talking about.
