Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. The Alley is owned by Vikings yet the difference from where we'll be heading is located in UP Town Center. By choice you can wear a face mask or not inside The Alley. First of all, there is an option to make a reservation by calling The Alley by Vikings or walk in is also available.
