Manang V asked me why I had told her I had purchase some broccoli but wanted to try something new to eat it. I asked my friend how do you cook your broccoli? My friend said, oh I just steam it up and eat it plain or add cheddar cheese. I decided to cook it somewhere not even close to what Manang V and my friend had told me how they eat their broccoli.  I figured since I have my own microwave, and it came with a cooking bowl. I had decided to cook mine in the microwave and use only ingredients I have available in my room having my own refrigerator.
