Carmina was doing errands with her dad came across seeing Ranch 99 Market to do some grocery shopping. Carmina's dad saw there was frozen duck decided to purchase and try it at home. Carmina read the instructions and see how to prepare it. It says thaw out for twenty-four hours leaving in the refrigerator. Carmina had search to find out more information on Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, LTD since never heard about it. All you have to do is follow the instructions how to cook it in your oven and preparing the rest of ingredients just used tortilla to wrap it up and make sure slice up the duck when it is has cooled down. Carmina went to Soul Potato's Cocina Mexicana Mexican Street Food and was told the first time to come back because they we're on lunch break. Second time around Carmina wanted to order the nachos but it wasn't available. I decided to order other off their menu. A number will be given to you can either wait for the food or shop around inside the Food Court since you have 15 minutes to wait for your order. I wanted to see if it was the same from Mexican food eaten from my hometown in California. I also have friends who are Mexican who cook it authentic. Honestly speaking the chicken enchilada didn't have any sauce normally when you do eat chicken enchilada a fall out otherwise it is good has a lot of cheese and chicken inside.
