Carmina went to Soul Potato's Cocina Mexicana Mexican Street Food and was told the first time to come back because they we're on lunch break. Second time around Carmina wanted to order the nachos but it wasn't available. I decided to order other off their menu. A number will be given to you can either wait for the food or shop around inside the Food Court since you have 15 minutes to wait for your order. I wanted to see if it was the same from Mexican food eaten from my hometown in California. I also have friends who are Mexican who cook it authentic.
