Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. This is another recipe of Manang V this time it is clam soup sometimes we eat this in our meal and soup is always best to eat on a raining season in the Philippines in the month of August is the month when we experience a storm in all areas. It is not the best month to visit us. Clam Soup Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Kilo Fresh Clams (clean) 1 - Thumb Ginger (2 inch) 1/2 Cup - Dahon of sili (chili leaves) 1 - Onion (chopped) 4 - Cups Water Patis to taste Cooking Instructions: In a pot pour small amount of cooking oil once hot add onion and ginger sauté add water, clams, dahon of sili and patis you will know when clam soup is cooked when the clams begin to open up this is when it is ready to serve in a serving bowl.
