No one would judge if you chose to wear one for your own safety. There is a Tidal River in the Heart of Downtown walking through the pathway brings you restaurants and stores near by passing by First Street. Carmina notices a long table where they had served alcohol beverage for an event that night. Too bad it had ended only seeing people putting the alcohol and glasses away.
