Easy Carrot Fries Recipe for Air Fryer

People say carrots are for rabbits.  Carmina decided to make her carrots the healthy way. Easy Carrots Fries for Air Fryer Ingredients: 2 - Pieces of Carrots (washed, peel and slice into thin slices) Olive Oil Garlic Powder Preparing: Add the olive oil and garlic powder let it sit for twenty minutes to absorb on both sides of the carrots. Cooking: Place it on your tray of your air fryer making sure there is space.  Cook in the setting what is instructed for fries. I cooked mine for ten minutes no need to turn it over. I had to use the air fryer two times since there wasn't room to fill the whole tray. Living with your parents as they start to aged you will begin to notice the way they become weak the movement you see them start to walk and how they are not are aware when you talk to them your voices has to be louder for them to hear you talk to them. Hasa Hasa Fried Fish Recipe

Hasa hasa is a short bodied mackerel fish in English. This time Manang V had decided to just fry this fish along with our other dishes cooked for our dinner. Grilled Liempo Recipe

We never get tired eating liempo at the house this time it is a much easier recipe to cook and can be prepared once you have bought your liempo in order for the seasoning to stay longer in your liempo. Pinakbet Recipe

Filipino also loves eating greenly leafy vegetables like anyone else only differences they are not into salad. This is a popular dish that we like to eat at home. It may be simple to them, but we call it really food for us. Pinakbet Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 kilo - Kalabasa or Squash (spoon out seeds, peel and cut into 1 inch) 1/4 Kilo - choice of shrimp, fish or pork belly 10 Pieces - String Beans 5 Pieces - Okra (cut top and bottom) 1 Medium Onion (chopped) 2 Cloves Garlic (minced) 2 Eggplant (sliced diagonally) 1 Large Ampalaya (cut in diagonal Slices) 1 - Tbsp - Shrimp Paste Bagoon Alamang Patis to taste Cooking Instructions: Step 1: In a pot add cooking oil by placing garlic and onion until garlic is brown. Add the choice of meat Step 2: Add kalabasa/squash, stringbeans, ampalaya, eggplant and okra Season with Patis and add shrimp paste bagoon alamang Cook until kalabasa / squash is for 25 minutes
