Filipino Pesang Lapu Lapu Recipe

  Today someone had asked to cook Filipino Pesang Lapu Lapu for lunch today something on the healthy side. Filipino Pesang Lapu Lapu Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Fresh Lapu Lapu (clean outside, inside and slice 2 inches a part) 1 - Ginger (slice thinly) 1/2 - Cabbage (sliced) 1/2 Kilo - Pechey 3 - Large Ripe Tomato (chopped) 4 Cups - Water Patis (fish sauce) Cooking Instructions: In a pot boil 4 cups water with ginger and place lapu lapu inside cook for 10 minutes set aside. In a small pan pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add the chopped tomato season with patis to your taste and saute it will look like this in the picture to know when cooked. Place the cooked tomato in a bowl and ready to serve the pesang Lapu lapu on a serving bowl with rice ready to eat while hot.
