Your Food is Not Local They Are All Branded Few days ago, I was talking to Mary Ann she had asked how my diet was coming along. I had informed her I have been eating healthy food. Mary Ann had also lost of weight from the past I have seen her. During the time she had been working in a call center the tendency of being stressed from over worked you fall into stress eating in what we've seen from other people who have a different line of job career. Mary Ann asked what type of food have you've been eating. I explain I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast by adding other spice and ingredients in my food.
