Summer in the Philippines we tend to change our clothes several times in a day. Our laundry will come around double since we have clothes to wash daily due to the humid weather. I had informed her I have been eating healthy food.  Mary Ann had also lost of weight from the past I have seen her. Normally I would tell them I have been posting in Carmina Lifestyle. I would hear a smirk tone voice on the call saying you're just bragging that you have a whole lot of money.  People tend to read think differently when you want to express to share what food you have discovered or places you've recently traveled. Hawker Hainanese Chicken Rice

  We usually have a relative that comes by at the house bringing Hainanese Chicken since it is not a birthday celebration. Carmina decided to place her own order through Grab application on my phone. The relative had introduce us too Hawker Hainanese Chicken Rice that is known to be Asian Food. Carmina only eat a small portion of food a quarter Hainanese Chicken Rice for 240.00 pesos  ($4.80) not including handling fee and tip to the rider. Manang V's Beef Ribs Kaldereta Recipe

Manang V is sharing you her Kaldereta Recipe the way she cooks in our home. Being a cook she feeds a lot of people.  Carmina has the opportunity to write down and ask Manang V what are her recipes each day a way we have a journal of what recipes each person has on their own. Manang V's Beef Ribs Kaldereta Recipe Ingredients: 2 Kilo - Beef Ribs 2 - Small Packs Del Monte Tomato Sauce 2 - Tbsp. Vinegar 1 - Onion (chopped) 1 - Whole Garlic (minced) 1 - Potato (sliced in 1 inch) 1 - Carrot (sliced in 1 inch) 2 - Bell Pepper (sliced thinly) 1 - Can Green Peas 1 - Reno Liver Spread Patis (Fish Sauce) to taste 1 - Can of Sliced Pineapple (strain juice) Cooking Instructions: In a large pot you will add small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion sauté by adding the beef ribs, vinegar and water until meat is soft and tender.
