Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at Lazy Dog Restaurant in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding. Originally I didn't order the ham and cheese croissants that were on sale the sales person at Cafe France had informed me that the chicken pastel pie wasn't available if there was a substitution from my order. The sales person informed me she had a promotional going on for ham and cheese croissant. I said sure why not and asked how many sets I wanted to order during my transaction over the phone. I felt like eating something for a change to eat some sandwiches and came upon ordering from Cafe France. I wanted to try French Dip Roast Beef Sandwich for PHP 285.00 ($5.70) the bread is ciabatta not the type of bread they use back home in California.
