Shrimp Ala King Recipe

Carmina was craving shrimp ala king, but instead of buying it at a restaurant, decided to make her own at home since she already had some ingredients. I normally make bacon carbonara decided to change the recipe around since my main ingredient is shrimp. Shrimp Ali King Recipe Ingredient: 1/2 Kilo - Fresh Shrimp (peel shrimp, remove intestine and head) 1 - Nestle Cream 2 - Tbsp Butter  2 - Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 - Cup Canned Corn (drain liquid) 1 - Knorr Shrimp Cube Black Pepper Salt Garlic Powder MSG (optional) Spaghetti noodles Parsley Flakes (optional) Marinate the Shrimp by season it with black pepper, salt, garlic powder and msg set aside. Cooking instructions: Follow the instructions on the spaghetti package to cook the amount you plan to eat. Sauce Cooking instructions: In a pot, melt the butter over low heat, then add the shrimp. Mom Violy's Recipe of Gulay Corn with Dahon Sili Recipe

Mom Violy would like to share you what she is cooking for herself at her home. Carmina loves eating Mom Violy's cooking but since we're not allowed to go outside during our ECQ in the Philippines. Carmina asked the recipe from Mom Violy to ask Manang V to cook it at our house. Mom Violy's Recipe of Gulay Corn with Dahon Sili Recipe Ingredients: 4 - Fresh Corn (grate) 1 - Onion (chopped) 4 - Pieces cloves of Garlic (minced) 1 - Bundle of Dahon Sili 1/2 Cup - Shrimp Soup  1/2 - Pork Cube 1/2 Cup - Sliced Pork Prepare Ingredients: You will remove husk from corn and grate it and set aside in a bowl. You will use head of shrimp and use a mortar and pestle to pound with half cup water. Cooking Instructions: In a pot you will add small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion to sauté adding grated corn, sliced pork, water, pork cubes and let it boil once it is being cooked add the dahon sili. No More Excuses Not to Wear a Mask

Manang V has been complaining to Carmina she is having a difficult wearing her face mask daily while she is cooking and working. Manang V showed Carmina her painful ears being red. Carmina gave Manang V mask that are made of fabric from the size of her face she doesn't like fabric she said she feels hot when cooking in the kitchen. Manang V prefer to wear disposable mask to throw away every time it gets dirty. Carmina wanted to find a solution for Manang V not to affect her work as well to be safe around the people she works.
