Carmina was trying to figure what she can make out of her leftover romaine lettuce before any spoilage would happen. I remembered I had some ingredients for Japanese sushi the only thing was missing was the rice. I figured I would see Mary Ann and Becky on Wednesday making sure they had something to eat. Kani Salad Roll Recipe Ingredients: Rice Paper Romaine Lettuce (wash and separate leaves) Imitation Crab Meat (separate and add mayo) Mayo (any brand) Nori Seasoning Preparing: Add the mixture of imitation crab meat mixed with mayo on top the romaine lettuce. Sprinkle the nori seasoning on top. Follow instructions on the rice paper by boiling water and place inside a plastic container that is flat to fit the rice paper inside using a thong.
