Carmina's dad was craving for Vietnamese and wanted to bring his family have a meal. We are in the area of Brentwood, my dad remembered he used to dine in at  CreAsian Wok 'n Roll . Upon entering there we're a lot of customers and the person asked how many we are seated at the table. The server handed us a menu asked us what we would like to drink. They brought out pitcher of iced water with glasses for us to pour our own water. My dad ordered a grilled lemongrass chicken combo with egg, shrimp, and an egg roll . Family member ordered basil leaf with chicken and garlic rice . Another family member had ordered a large Creation Special soup to share with everyone. Carmina wanted the banh mi sandwiches but unfortunately it wasn't available had to pick something else to eat. I decided to try the string beans with shrimp and included is the plain white rice. How do you eat your pandesal?

  In the Philippines we eat pandesal for breakfast, merienda, lunch and dinner. We can add anything inside to make it into a main meal or a dessert but no matter how we eat it we have something that fills up our stomach. Sometimes we have the following ingredients inside our bread: Corn beef Eden cheese Salted Egg Coconut Jam Liverwurst Hot dog Mayo Scramble egg Peanut butter Sardines Butter Chicken spread Egg spread Ham Spanish sardines in a bottle with olive oil Ice cream Some people just soak their pandesal inside the coffee
