Sometimes we want to just eat at home than eating at a Chinese Restaurant. My friend brought some Somai to our home. We asked, where it came thinking it came from a restaurant. She had told me the brand is Golden Chopsticks. I was told there was a stall near Christ the King Church every Sunday. Filipino Chicken Afritada with Eggplant Salad Recipe

This has always been my favorite dish my mom cooks for me when I was young. She would match it with eggplant salad. Filipino Chicken Apritada Recipe : Ingredient : Cooking oil 2 Tbsp Garlic crushed 2 Tbsp while or red onion sliced 1 pack with either leg, thigh or wings of your choice 1/3 cup water 1/2 tsp fish sauce (Patis) 2 pieces potato peel and cut into chunks 1 piece of carrot peel and cut into chunks 1 Del Monte Tomato Sauce 1 small red bell pepper sliced 2-inch strips Step 1 : In a pot you will pour a small amount of cooking oil sauté the garlic and onion with patis. Just last night my in-law's we're craving for shrimp tempura the lazy sushi style. Shrimp Tempura Recipe : Ingredient : I kilo fresh medium size shrimp 1 package Tempura bread crumbs 2 pieces Large Egg Salt (depend on your taste) Black Pepper (depend on your taste) Cooking oil Fry pot or deep fryer Strainer Step 1 : Remove the head with a knife, peel off the skin from the shrimp and tail Slice  the shrimp in the middle where the body of the shrimp curve and remove the excess dark black intestinal.
