Sometimes we want to just eat at home than eating at a Chinese Restaurant. My friend brought some Somai to our home. We asked, where it came thinking it came from a restaurant. She had told me the brand is Golden Chopsticks. I was told there was a stall near Christ the King Church every Sunday.

I did some research online and found a Chinese grocery that actually sells it for PHP 280.00 per package. The content has twenty pieces pork and shrimp siomai and the shrimp wanton.
The name of the Chinese grocery store is Save & Fresh the contact number is 0289297090. It is best to call them ahead and make a reservation on how many packages you would like to pick up.
The ingredient has no extenders, so the meat is really fresh.
You will need a steamer to cook the Somai.
Cooking instruction:
It is best to defrost the Somai before you intend to cook it.
Separate the Somai by using a knife.
Boil water into the steamer
Add the Somai inside the steamer
Cook for thirty minutes.
Best serve hot.
It comes with chili sauce just need Kikkoman lite soy sauce.
The package also has instructions. I find the fifteen minutes cooking the Somai is not fully cooked.
Wanton can be cooked with soup if you choose too.
Wanton Soup Recipe:
Ingredient:
2 leaks of green onion chopped
4 cup chicken broth
1 package cooked egg noodles (optional)
Step 1:
Boil chicken broth
Add wanton
Add 1 package egg noodles (optional)
Add chopped green onion
Ready to eat.
