Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at  Lazy Dog Restaurant  in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding.  Fettuccine Alfredo  Blackened Shrimp Tacos Dessert  Family members just ordered what they wanted with the Campfire Pot Roast, Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Fish. Craving for Gelato and a Spice of Italy

Sometimes in life you feel inspired to go to other places than what others have never seen before and being able to share this feeling with others. Here in the Balanga City, Bataan is a place you can eat and feel like you are in Italy still be close to home. The drive is 2 hours from Manila. Feels Like Rome in the Philippines

Now, the fun begins, and you get to read, view and see places I have traveled within the Philippines. When you feel like going to Rome and you are on a tight budget. No fear I have a place for you. The place is called, Goshen Resort and Hotel located in Bamban, Tarlac. From Manila it is 2 hours' drive depending on the traffic. Entrance fee of PHP 150.00 ($7.00) per person. Senior Citizen need to present their ID in order to get a discount. You will be given a stub worth PHP 50.00 to redeem from Cafe Roma Note: The entire place only has lights starting November 15, 2019. Walk in available if you have plans to go swimming at the resort. There is no corkage fee to bring food from the outside. There is no swimming attire requirement. I was able to bring my Tita and Tito to Goshen while they are in town.
