Carmina was craving for Filipino okoy yet it wasn't available.  Carmina decided to eat something close to it yet when the Haemul Pajeon had look like a pizza coming in a white box. Haemul Pajeon is a pancake cooked with green onions, potato, carrots and seafood for PHP 400.00 ($7.69).
