Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. When you have so many marble potatoes in your kitchen tired of eating them the same way. Carmina had leftover salmon she had grilled in her air fryer the other day. I was craving for potato salad since not allowed to eat any chicken right now. I was thinking why I can't improvise my ingredients to my potato salad in my home. Salmon Potato Salad Recipe Ingredients: Grilled Salmon (remove bones) Marble Potatoes (boiled and sliced in the middle) 1/2 - Onions (chopped) Mayo (any brand) Preparing: First thing to do is remove all bones from the salmon a way to do it use a fork by mashing it. Place it in a bowl by adding all ingredients no need to season since the salmon was already seasoned with salt and black pepper. Add enough mayonnaise based on your taste buds. Place in the refrigerator if you want it cold and can be eaten the next day. Optional: You can add any other ingredients in your salmon potato salad. I like mine simple. NOT SPONSORED.
