Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at Zensho for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Tito Boni, Tita Edna and Mom Violy had ordered the food that will be cooked in front of us. Mom Violy wanted to eat at Sarsa At Inihaw Restaurant second time dining inside their restaurant. Carmina wanted to try something new out from their menu. Carmina had ordered Okoy that is made of shrimp and squash. Carmina notice the okoy is a combination of how the Korean make their pancake while the okoy was very soft by texture and doesn't break easily when your eating it served with dipping sauce. There is a lot of shrimps from the inside and on the top. Carmina was able to enjoy her meal.
