Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. It turned out that dim sum is only served from the hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Sunday. The time we went to eat was dinner time starting at 5:00 PM.
