Ferino's Bibingka in the Philippines

It is merienda time and this time why not try Ferino's bibingka and puto bumbong is their  specialties .  What is bibingka? Bibingka is made of glutinous rice, water, salted egg and coconut cooked in a clay pot with banana leaf when being served and topped with melted butter spread on top with shredded coconut of your choice.
