Mom Violy wanted to get a haircut from Ruel from Hairliners Salon in Ali Mall. She was saying if they are not too busy wanted to get a pedicure. What is bibingka?
Bibingka is made of glutinous rice, water, salted egg and coconut cooked in a clay pot with banana leaf when being served and topped with melted butter spread on top with shredded coconut of your choice.
It is best eaten with coffee with the bibingka often served in a filipino restaurant or at home.
